Accreditation

The accreditation is your pass for Mediamixx 2012

You may submit an online accreditation form at www.mediamixx.info or buy accreditation onsite, before the beginning of the event. Detailed information regarding the procedure can be found in the <Instructions> below.

The accreditations are nominal. You will be issued a personal badge onsite from 9:00 until 13:00 o’clock on 10th June 2010 at the Information desk in Flamingo Grand Hotel, Albena.

Accreditation and tickets
The accreditation grants access to the festival, the congress and the associated events – coffee pauses, cocktails and parties, including a delegate bag with a catalogue and a set of image materials of sponsors and partners.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!! The accreditation does not grant access to the Gala Ceremony!
Tickets for the Gala Ceremony are to be bought separately! You may buy a ticket online or onsite! 
Gala ceremony includes reception.

INSTRUCTIONS

Online Accreditation

The submission of online accreditation through mediamixx.info is achieved by following the steps described below:

Step 1: Registration

After submission of the required registration information you will create your own profile in the accreditation system of Mediamixx 2012. Your username will be the e-mail address you provided, to which e-mail address you will receive a notification for confirmation of the accreditation. After registration, you will be granted access to the accreditation forms. Once created, your profile enables you to submit applications for participation/accreditation, to participate in the competition program and to process payments. 

Step 2: Accreditation Form

The form is to be completed in English language, and all fields are obligatory.
The fields Name and Family name, Position and Company will be printed on your personal badge.
Uploading pucture of yourself is available. It will be print on your accreditation.

Step 3: Payment Form

In the Payment form, you have to fill-in the invoicing information and an e-mail address to which the pro-forma invoice should be sent. After filling-in the form, you will receive an electronic pro-forma invoice to the e-mail address you provided.

Step 4: Payment Procedure

Payment can be remitted online through the Mediamixx website at mediamixx.info, through PayPal or via a bank-to-bank transfer.

IMPORTANT! Please, note you must include the number of the pro-forma invoice in the payment details field.
If the payment is not remitted within 5 days after receipt of the pro-forma invoice, your accreditation application 
will be automatically cancelled.

Within 5 days after the processing of the payment, you will receive an electronic invoice at the e-mail address provided by you in the Payment form.

Step 5: Confirmation

You will be sent a confirmation of the application at the e-mail address stated upon registration, after transferring the total amount due, within the terms and conditions as stated above.
